The Jesse Millette Company wholly owns the rights of distribution, branding, and commerciality of all Jesse Millette® products, and there exists a joint rights of equal ownership between The Jesse Millette Company and the person of Brandon Taylorian of all published literary materials.

The Taylorian Company and The Jesse Millette Company are both wholly owned by, and constitutionally bound to The People's Constitutional Company of Jesse Millette which presides over the proper management, preservation, operation, and conduction of all its properties, assets, and ownerships.

1. Our commercial policy

The Taylorian Company conducts e-commerce activities on www.brandontaylorian.com and has gained all the relevant internal copyrights and permissions to do so by the relevant rights holders, and practices such e-commerce activity exclusively for end-users who are end users of the products sold.

3. Warranty and price indication of products

Purchase requests from countries not included in those shown during the order form section will not be accepted by The Taylorian Company neither for digital download, or physical delivery.

All products are provided with an identification tag attached with a single-use seal. We thank you for not removing the label and the single-use seal of the purchased products.

The Taylorian Company, in case of exercise of your right of retraction, has the faculty of not accepting the return of products which are devoid of their label or which have been altered in their essential or qualitative characteristics or which have been damaged.

4. Payments

5. Shipping and delivery of products

7. Right of withdrawal 
7.1 
All products sold on www.brandontaylorian.com are not returnable once purchased due to the nature of the products sold.

However, if the product can be proven to be faulty, or unreadable at the exact point of opening, and is a defect not caused by the customer themselves, but by one of our team, such as a wrong product shipped, then the right of withdrawal is accepted, and all such enquiries must be directed towards help@brandontaylorian.com.

In this case, you must return the products to the supplier by giving them either to the courier UPS whose telephone number is indicated in the Right of Retraction section, or to a carrier of your choice within a maximum of fourteen (14) days following the date on which you exercised your right of withdrawal. 
The only costs to you are the direct costs of returning the purchased products.

If you decide to use the carrier indicated by the supplier in the Return Form, the supplier will advance your return charges directly to the carrier.Then, for the return costs remaining your responsibility, the supplier will deduct from the refund due to you a lump sum equal to the shipping and delivery charges originally paid for the products purchased and subject to the withdrawal. In addition, upon delivery of the purchased products to the carrier indicated by the supplier on the Return Form, the supplier will release you from any liability for loss or damage to the goods during transport.

In addition to compliance with the deadlines and conditions described in articles 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3, the return of the products, in case of exercise of the right of retraction, is considered to be carried out correctly if the following conditions are completely respected:

  • the return form is correctly completed and sent to the supplier;

  • the product must not have been worn, worn, modified, washed or damaged;
